In this 1hr session we will discuss the importance of using your whole body as a musical instrument. In this way, you are able to access your most authentic voice and unique sound by working through potential blocks.
Using your voice and sound frequency, we will begin to tune and tone the body, encouraging confidence and self-awareness. This process will help tone and strengthen the voice naturally.
