Join me + Alexa Iya Soro as we gather to celebrate a year past, and call in a new year with the conscious and playful cultivation of our energetic imprint: Our Voices.

With the heartsong support of ceremonial cacao we will flourish our own inner wisdom, and soul- strength.

As we explore with the practices of breath, movement and sound through the skillful & compassionate guidance Jennifer Soundbird; Alexa Iya Soro will guide the rituals of altar setting, group intention creating,metta-bhavana lovingkindess meditation, and cultivating a space where magic can emerge. 

This is a community practice, also known as ceremony. 
In spanish we say, Ceremonia, ‘sere,mōnēá. Ser the verb (to be) harmonia (in harmony). We encourage those with all levels of experience with sounding to come practice being in harmony with yourself, your heart and your community. This offering is a commitment to community celebration, and the concept of the Sangha, community support on the spiritual path.

 Our setting is a home by the coast where we can enjoy beautiful clean air and cast our prayers by the oceans edge. We will close this gathering with a community potluck :)
